The swimming pool area was nice & clean. There was a Shell station was one block over which was very convenient so I could get some beverages and snacks.

Shuttle app was very accurate and we were picked up as we exited the airport. Room was comfy and breakfast was very tasty. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the cruise port which was a bonus.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Staff was very helpful. Great location to get to the airport. Airport transfer driver was excellent, van very clean. We would stay there again.

Great location for Miami Airport with Free Shuttle--about 10 mins depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel always have treated me like family, willing to go the extra mile to store bags, put in a crib, or give help and directions. Rooms are well equipped with mini fridge, microwave in-room safe. The breakfast buffet is plentiful including waffles, toast, bagels, eggs and sausage.

I arrived at 4am from Portugal. I was exhausted and used an app to find the hotel. I called and spoke with Jonisia who was at the front desk. I told her I needed to sleep for three hours and then grab the shuttle to catch the next plane. She got me to my room and personally knocked on my door in the morning to make sure I got up to catch the shuttle to my flight. I was starving the breakfast was perfect. I inhaled it and jumped on the shuttle and made my flight. The short period of time there was much needed, sleep, shower, food and with a smile ! The price is unbeatable. I will be there again. It is perfect for people traveling in and out of Miami. It is not a five star resort but everything you need for a comfortable place to stay that is clean and a great staff....this is it !
